Central Railway Station in Burgas is one of the first railway stations in Bulgaria and it is at the heart of the city. It is located in downtown, at the end of the pedestrian street Alexandrovska on “Queen Joanna” square (called Station Square) and links you to all the main beaches and resorts. The building was declared as a monument. It is among the key stations in Bulgaria (and at the same time and ultimate) with directions to Sofia over southern Bulgaria, as well as Rousse and Pleven. The station is close to the beach, near Port Burgas Sea Garden and the Port of Burgas. Next to the station is South Station with connections to all settlements on the southern Bulgarian Black Sea coast, Varna Airport and Burgas.
